Каков порядок проведения поверки счетчиков электроэнергии? Куда обратиться для проведения сверки?

Individuals and legal entities apply independently to the Public Service Centers (PSC) or in electronic form through the Single Portal of Interactive Public Services (SPIS). At the same time, a territorial enterprise of electric networks (TPES) applies to the CGU or EPGU to carry out verification of meters for household consumers.

Who is involved in the installation, removal and verification of the meter? Installation, removal and verification of meters is carried out by TPES. At the same time, in all processes, the territorial divisions of the BPI cooperate with the TPES, put a brand (seal) on the meter.

Are meters checked annually? No. The frequency of verification of meters from November 1, 2019 is for individuals - 8 years (now 4 years), for legal entities - 4 years (now 2 years). What will happen to reconciliation certificates issued before November 1? The validity of these certificates remains valid.

How can you find out that it's time to check the meter? The meter reconciliation certificate indicates its validity period. In addition, TPES will send a written notification 30 days before the deadline.

What is the payment amount?

• 20 percent of the amount of the basic settlement value (BRV) from individuals (44,600 soums);

• 15 percent of the amount of DBF with TPES (for individuals using electricity for domestic needs) (33,450 soums);

• 1.5 sizes of the amount of the RFS for legal entities (334,500 soums).

Note: when applying through the SPIS, a fee of 90 percent of the above amounts will be charged. Where do you need to pay? When applying to the Central State University at the box office in these centers, and when applying through the SPIS, payment is made through this portal. How long does it take to complete a reconciliation? This is done in 3 stages:

• Stage 1 - the counter is removed within 5 working days after the receipt of the appeal (application);

• Stage 2 - within 3 working days, the metrological service verifies the meter;

• Stage 3 – is set within 3 working days after the reconciliation.

What happens if during verification it is found that the meter is unusable?

Based on the notification of the metrological service about the unsuitability of the meter, TPES takes measures to repair or replace the meter with a new one within 3 working days. Who pays the cost of repairing or replacing the meter with a new one? The cost of repairing or replacing the meter with a new one is covered by the TPES. How is payment calculated when meters are removed for verification? The calculation for the supplied electricity is determined based on the average consumption for the previous 3 billing months before the removal of the meter.
