Out of 6 regulations, 4 deal with registration of real estate, and 2 - obtaining information about legal entities and individuals. Since January 1, 2019, notaries will scan fingerprints and form number 17 does not need. From that date, notaries will be able to independently scan fingerprints of persons who applied for notarial acts and compare them with biometric passport data (for stateless persons - a travel document). For this purpose, electronic interaction with the internal affairs bodies is organized (they will send a request). The procedure will take 15-30 minutes, depending on the type of notarial action. In addition, when registering sales of residential premises, they will be asked to provide only a document certifying the ownership of a dwelling with a cadastral file, as well as a passport or other identity document. Information on the number of registered individuals will not be required. The notaries will receive the relevant information by sending a request to the internal affairs body within 20 minutes from the date of application. Depending on the method of sending the request, the answer will be: ✅ when communicating through the courier - up to 1 hour; ✅ when communicating via electronic interagency interaction - in real time. In the city of Tashkent, this information is already presented to notary offices in online mode.
