Government Decree (No. 306, May 18, 2021) amended the Cabinet of Ministers Decree "On improving the procedure for a differentiated approach in determining the cost of public services in the field of the state cadastre."
In accordance with the decree, the procedure for determining the cost of public services in the field of the state cadastre for real estate has been changed.
In particular, the amount of the fee charged for the preparation of a cadastral passport and registration of cadastral documentation for real estate in terms of non-residential buildings and structures has been updated.
At the same time, depending on the total area of the property, the following cost of work was established: ➖ up to 100 sq. m - 1 BRV (previously the cost was 1.25 BRV); ➖ from 100 sq. m up to 1000 sq. m - 1.15% of BRV for 1 sq. m of the object area (previously, the cost was 1% of the BRV for 1 sq. m. of the object area, with an increase of 25%); ➖ from 1000 sq. m up to 5000 sq. m - 17.25 BRV (previously the cost was 15 BRV with an increase of 25%); ➖ from 5 thousand sq. m up to 15 thousand sq. m - 34.5 BRV (previously the cost was 30 BRV with an increase of 25%); ➖ from 15 thousand sq. m up to 50 thousand sq. m - 57.5 BRV (previously the cost was 50 BRV with an increase of 25%); ➖ more than 50 thousand sq. m - 80.5 BRV (previously the cost was 70 BRV with an increase of 25%).
